Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) Notice

3. Counter-Notification Process

If you believe that your content was removed or access to it was disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. To be effective, your counter-notification must include:

3.1. Your physical or electronic signature.

3.2. Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled, along with the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.

3.3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.

3.4. Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which we may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original infringement notification.

4. Repeat Infringers

Homementory may, in appropriate circumstances, terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers.

5. Changes to This Notice

We may update this DMCA Notice to reflect changes in technology or legal requirements. Any modifications will be effective upon posting on this page, and the date of the last update will be adjusted accordingly.
